Chef Jeremy Lowman hails from Watonga, Oklahoma

He obtained his degree of Culinary Arts from Linn Benton Community College and spent several years as a restaurateur in Texas. He has studied Northwest, French and Southern Continental style cuisines for 10 years. With a combination of a southern sense of hospitality and Midwest culinary foundation, Jeremy is sure to please with his expertise.

Chef Jeff Alvarado hails from Eugene, OR

He spent his younger years working under his father at Quarter Deck here in Eugene. He then spent 8 years in Baja Mexico as the Chef of Hotel Punta Chivato and then came back to Eugene to work At Excelsior Inn and then as Chef de Cuisine of Wild Duck Catering. Chef Jeff has a world of experience and cuisine to offer with over 25yrs of experience.
